Draft Minutes of a Special Parish Council meeting on 21^st  January, 2007,

at 11.00am at the Clubhouse

1                  Declarations of interest. Cllr Gover declared a personal interest in application number 53/2006/6988.                                                                                                                                                                                               

2                  To receive and accept apologies for absence.

(i)                  Apologies accepted from Cllr Marshall, Cllr Wheatstone & Anthony Meadows (Clerk).                                                                                                                                                                         

3                  To consider Planning Application 53/2006/6988 for a wind turbine on land at Surgill Head.

It unanimously agreed to send the following report to Craven District Council.

Following a site meeting, Lothersdale Parish Council wish to support the application for a wind turbine at Surgill Head. It is not visible to surrounding properties and will not be seen from Sidegate Lane.
