2                  To receive and accept apologies for absence. None.

3                  To approve minutes of the meetings held on October 9^th. Approved.

4                  Matters arising from the minutes. None.

5                  To consider the village map.

·        Map to include grid referencing with a legend to reference houses and farms.

·        Major buildings to be highlighted in a different colour.

·        Main areas of the village and street names to be labelled.

·        Pennine Way to be indicated.

·        Cllr Wheatstone to compare notice board prices.

·        Malcolm to provide an invoice for the next meeting.

·        White Hill Lane development.

·        Concerns about large boulders placed at the road side.

i)                    Road is a single lane road.

ii)                  Road is not gritted.

·        Clerk to write to NYCC to raise concerns.
